Target Audience: The judges...imed instructors. IF this was going to be used then professors/teachers/teens
Navigation System: links on the side because that is appealing to me for now. This could change.
Organization structure: hierarchy maybe.....
Layout and Design: A deep background, and a bright color for title text, and a medium color for the uh main body text stuff.
